F, #10338, b. March 1855, d. 8 December 1916
Ellen Taylor was also known as Ellender Craft.2 She was born in March 1855 in Kentucky, USA.1 She married Soloman Adams, son of Absolum Drury Adams and Nancy Frazier, circa 1876; 1900 and 1910 Census both indicate they were married 34 years. I belive the date on the 1900 census is an error, based on the fact that Soloman appears with his parents in the 1870 census and Ellen, his wife would have been 11 years old when they married if they were married in 1866.1 She died on 8 December 1916 in Letcher County, Kentucky, USA, at age 61. Death Cert lists her age as 72, her father's name is Gid Taylor and her mother's maiden name as Craft.3

She and Soloman Adams appeared on the 1880 Federal Census of Cumberland, Letcher, Kentucky, enumerated 4 June 1880.4 She and Soloman Adams appeared on the 1900 Federal Census of Rock House, Letcher, Kentucky, enumerated 14 June 1900. M, #10530, b. 1853, d. 11 June 1939
Father*William Teal1
Mother*Elizabeth Dean1
He was born in 1853 in New York, USA. This date is possibly wrong, he shows up at age 12 in the 1870 US Census with the James Weaklam family.1,2 He was the son of William Teal and Elizabeth Dean.1 He died on 11 June 1939 in Kingman, Mohave, Arizona, USA.1 He was buried on 12 June 1939 in Mountain View Cemetery, Kingman, Mohave, Arizona, USA.3

Census Information

He appeared on the 1870 Federal Census of Steuben, Marshall, Illinois, USA, in the household of James Weaklam and Jane Dean, I suspect he may be a nephew of Jane Weaklam, his mothe's maiden name is Dean.2 He appeared on the 1880 Federal Census of Steuben, Marshall, USA, Illinois, in the household of Peter Delos van Petten and Martha Weaklam.4 He appeared on the 1900 Federal Census of Porter, Cheyenne, Kansas, in the household of Martha Weaklam and Peter Delos van Petten.5 He appeared on the 1910 Federal Census of Corcoran, Kings, California, in the household of DeRoy Delos van Petten.6 He appeared on the 1930 Federal Census of Kingman, Mohave, Arizona, at Grand View Ave, enumerated 19 April 1930. Marion Page and his son Walter were living with A R Teale, he has shown up on other census data so I assume he was somehow associated with the family but I don't know how. He was living in Illinois with Grace Van Petten and her parents in the 1880 census and then in 1910 he was listed as an employee living with Martha and her brother DeRoy Van Petten in Corcoran, California. Teale's first name as been listed as Albert and Alva. He died in Kingman in 1939 and the death cert lists his parents as William Teal and Elizabeth Dean. Martha Weaklam Van Petten's parents were James Weaklam and Jane Dean. I imagine Jane Dean and Elizabeth Dean were related, possibly sisters.7
