His tracts were described as the W½NE¼ and the E½NW¼ of section 35 and the N½NE¼ and NE¼NW¼ of section 4 of township 7S, range 1W, Michigan-Toledo Strip. Certificate number 12754. in Hillsdale County, Michigan, USA.5
