When her age is subtracted from her date of death, the value is one month off from the date I am using as a birth date and it is consistent with her age of 11 on the 1870 US Census.1,3 She was the daughter of James Fernandes Whipple and Hannah Page.1 Leonia Whipple died on 10 April 1879 probably in Grafton, New Hampshire, USA, at age 20.2
