Entry indicates Elgin Ontario as place of death but Kingston Hospital is not in Elgin? Also, I am not sure this is the right William Atwood since he was remarried in 1913 in Massachusetts. The William in the death record was a widow farming in Canada which seems a pretty big change in only 3 years. So take this with a grain of salt.6,7
