• On 26 May 1891 Salina Page obtained a land patent for 160 acres of land under the Cash Entry Act of 24 Apr 1820. That act reduced the minimum price of public land to $1.25 per acre, and the minimum purchase to 80 acres, but required payment in cash, not on credit. Her tract was described as the SW¼, section 5, township 9S, range 46W of the 6th PM. Certificate number 2444. Salina obtained the land under her maiden name (Page) which suggests the marriage to Albert Stringfellow was short lived. This land is quite close to Stratton, Colorado where I believe she was married 2 years earlier. I found a document indicating Stratton was formerly Claremont, Colorado.⁹
• After July 1900 Salina Page lived , Ponoka, Ponoka, Alberta, Canada.¹⁰
• The family (George, Salina, Glenn and Mable) arrived in San Francico on the steamship Umatilla. The passenger list indicates their intended destination was Los Angeles. on 11 January 1905.¹¹
