She married William Riley Caudill circa 1899. The 1900 US Census for Mary's father George Gibson shows a Jane Gibson in the family with a birth date of November 1883. This suggests that either Mary had a twin sister Jane or Mary appeared in the family's census record as single after she was married. I haven't figured this out.^7,8,1
She and William Riley Caudill were divorced before 1920.⁴

She married Albert Routley on 2 March 1920. It's possible that Jennie Gibson is not Mary Gibson, I have not been able to resolve this. She may be Mary Gibson's sister, although I am not sure if Mary even had a sister.²
