     Watson E Adams was born on 6 April 1837 in Kentucky, USA.1,3 He was the son of Randolph Adams and Nancy Caudill.1 He appeared on the 1850 Federal Census of Letcher, Kentucky, USA, in the household of his parents, Randolph Adams and Nancy Caudill.1 Watson E Adams married Rosey Hogg, daughter of Hiram Hogg and Levina Polly, in 1861.4 Watson E Adams and Rosey Hogg appeared on the 1880 Federal Census of Cawman, Letcher, Kentucky, enumerated 28 June 1880. Their children Lydia, Henry, Mary, Martha, Green, Elizabeth, Thomas and Solomon were listed as living with them.2,5 Watson E Adams married Sarah Caudill in 1883; 1900 census indicates 1884.6 Watson E Adams and Sarah Caudill appeared on the 1900 Federal Census of Whitesburg, Letcher, Kentucky, enumerated 2 June 1900. Their children Fanny, Ardelia and Charlotte were listed as living with them.7 Watson E Adams died on 6 January 1919 at age 81.3 He was buried after 6 January 1919 in Adams Cemetery, Whitco, Letcher, Kentucky, USA. Cemetery is located at Whitco in Letcher County. From Hwy 15 turn onto Hwy 931 (road to Cowan). Travel 931 to a gravel road just prior to the Riverside Trailer Park. The cemetery is just off the road inside a chain link fence. The cemetery contains approximately four identifiable graves.8,3
