     Ann Ecker was born on 26 February 1811 in Guilderland, Albany, New York, USA.2 She married Nicholas Veeder Van Petten, son of Dr. Peter Van Petten and Lydia Bullock, in August 1831.2 As of August 1831,her married name was Van Petten.3 Ann Ecker appeared on the 1880 Federal Census of Albion, Oswego, USA, New York, in the household of Robert B McCully and Huldah Emeline Van Petten.4 Ann Ecker died on 26 December 1893 in New York City, New York, New York, USA, at age 82.2,5,6 She was buried after 26 December 1893 in Sterling Center Cemetery, Sterling, Cayuga, New York, USA.7
